Why this programme isn’t part of all post natal experiences for women?
~ Sian, P.
We are privileged to have the experience and expertise of Al and I just hope you can spread this amazing program to become more available and funded.
~ Alix, S.
Can we clone Al?! 🤣
~ Becki, G.
We hear you.
So now we’re on a mission to educate other EPs on how to confidently support mums with real, effective postnatal rehab and a safe return to exercise.
Course Overview
Learn how to confidently and safely prescribe early postnatal exercise to mums recovering from birth—whether via vaginal delivery or C-section.
An ESSA-accredited, hands-on professional development course equips Exercise Physiologists and allied professionals with the clinical knowledge, movement strategies, and real-world tools to help women safely rebuild their core and pelvic floor from as early as 5 weeks postpartum.
Developed by experts and tested over 1000 mums and counting, the V-HAB program bridges the critical gap between clearance at 6 weeks and a real return to full-body strength, while reducing long-term health risks like incontinence, prolapse, and chronic pain.
There’s no clear guidelines for post natal recovery. But we have a clear evidence based post natal rehab for you to provide your mums clients. There is now a high level of evidence in research supporting controlled and early core rehabilitation to manage and reduce long-term women’s health issues.
We can’t wait to give you all of our knowledge, tips, and a detailed 6-week program to give you the confidence to provide mums all over Australia with safe and appropriate exercise prescriptions after birth.
With the V-HAB program, there’s no guessing what to do with mums, plus more mums will return to exercise properly, not feel pressure to “bounce back” and reduce the stats on long-term incontinence and pelvic health-related treatments. That is our aim, a safe bridge back to exercise for all new mums.
